i am Egyptian automotive engineer 38 yo i have good experience with German Cars repair and Assembly
need advise how can i find job at Germany
i have valid entry Visa for Germany and i can come any time if i have to do test or interview

I assume that by "i have valid entry Visa for Germany" you mean you have a visit tourist) visa that does not allow work.
With that, you can come to Germany to attend job interviews or other activities to find work. But the actual work visa needs to be applied for after you found a job, and in most cases at your home country's German embassy.
To find a job, you should contact suitable employers in your industry (e.g. car manufacturers and parts supplies). This is a huge industry in Germany, but you need to keep in mind that any similarly skilled EU citizen must be preferentially hired (by law), so you better focus on skills you have that are rare in Europe.
