I was working as an Electrical Engineer in Oman. I left the company in December 2013,before the actual completion date of my contract,which was July 2014. So there has been a ban imposed on me for two years,which is till December 2015. Iam planning to get back to Oman. My doubt is,do I need an NOC from my previous employer even after I complete the 2 year ban period ? Or whether I can join a new company after December 2015 without an NOC.? There has been a lot of confusion regarding this. Kindly clarify.
