I wonder if someone in the forum would have an answer for my excess baggage problem? I want to send one piece of heavy baggage (wheelie) from Helsinki to Malta. It will contain some tubes of water based paint and other items which are difficult to get through by airlines from past experience. I plan to go from St.Petersburg, Russia by ferry to Helsinki, which I know is OK with these items, then somehow get them to Malta. Previously used DHL but this is very expensive....has anyone any other suggestions for me?
