i wish to apply for Carta di Soggiorno. That requires test of Italian A2.
Can someone tell me where can I register for this test?

You can to the sindicate Cgil and ask them to put you in the list for the test! It's free but if you fail it, you'll need to wait out six months before you can retake the test again. So make sure you study.
