Concerning the mobile get a prepaid tunisie telecom offre that gives u 16 Times the amout buy only the 5 dinars card normally you do ont more unless you are call abrodad
For the internet buy the 3G usb from tt with the unlimted connection offer should cost around 25 d and if u need the wifi buy a 3 g router called Tp Link 45dinars thus you Can configure IT with your 3 g Usb and with this scénario you wont need a Landline for the internet
Never go to orange operator it looks Nice they very welcoming chiche but IT is the most expensive with limited and restricted offres
