Landline needs to be installed with Telkom. Costs 190 rand per month
Mobile provider Vodacom Telkom mtn and a few smaller ones I don't know. Vodacom is the better ones I'd say
Monthly budget depends very much on your lifestyle and house you are going to rent. Ours is high about 30000 non including rent. We have a child though but still it is high. You can live on a lot less than that.
