Landline, go to the OTP, setup costs is 5485, monthly settlement is 2414.
Mobile operators are Vini and Vodafone. Vini, check their website for prices. Just know that you can't have on prepaid data and airtime/calls on the same card. No you'll need a contract or a dual sim phone.
