Finding job in Trondheim, Norway

Hi Folks,

I am planning to move in Norway and most probably in Trondheim since my fiancee (She is German) is living there.
At the moment I am here in Trondheim and looking for any job opportunity in my field (IT/Telecom)

I am an Iranian and my Native language is Persian and as well fluent in English.
Considering the languages I speak, I find it quite difficult to find a job that requires English-Speaking candidate.

I've been seeking for quite some time now and mostly the companies requires Norwegians Communication skills which I am unable to achieve it at this short time.

I would appreciate if anyone have any experience for finding Jobs here in Trondheim or Oslo for English-Speakers.
