You can hire a swimming pool for whole day that's what we do.

Go to exit 8 near MVIP bridge and there r many istaraha with pools u may get from 12 to 12 in 1000 or less or may be more ,depending on your choice

Try splash opposite Granada mall in exit 9. You'll need to book about 2-3wks in advance. Nice small chalet with a private pool. And the kids will hv access to the water park for free. Costs around SR700 from 14:00-2:00. We usually go around 1 and leave much earlier than 2 in the morning
