Cheese everyone… click

Cheese is a bit rare in Vietnam. Little is imported…
So, why not make it yourself… this is what I thought.
It is very easy to do.
But I had to chose between cheese and sausage…
I choose to make sausage.
I now have all these ingredients to make cheese…
About $500 worth of stuff plus 2 good books.
Anyone interested?

You can go to vuonrau (doc) com and ask the owner about this. He may interested, I guess
If I am not wrong, he products cheese by himself and sell, its good but in my opinion, its not good as other cheeses I've been eating when I travel. Maybe he wants to improve his products but he does not find how to do it yet!
He sells vegs mostly, but i dont think it would harm if you just give a shot, right?
