good day,im from philippines i got my work permit visa from bahrain. but i dont have visa stamp on my passport why is that?my agency told me that they will stamp it once i arrive in bahrain. is it true?but i do check lmra i do have a record valid employment.

Yes. Is it true. The immigration will validate your visa, and stamp in your passport as you arrive here. Along with the stamp, they will put the validity of your working visa in written. So no need to worry about that.
In connection with that, they will give you a sheet of paper for a schedule of follow up check up, so don't miss it.
