If anyone could give Me some information's about Chetumal and Calderitas.
My main interested would be in either marinas, or a place to tie My sailboat, but also
about everything else. I am considering it as a possible retirement destination.

That's a long haul from Vancouver. We used to shop in Chetumal while vacationing in Corozal in Belize but it's been awhile. I liked it but the water there is not the beautiful stuff you see further east because it's not open water.
The only Marina listed in the area is Corozal Bay Sailing Club in Belize .... just over the border

Fortunately the boat is in Guatemala at this time.
Looking on satellite photo I see that there are 2 or 3 descent size docks
In Chetumal, one is probably a commercial dock ?
Do you know if a private sailboat could tie along any one of them ?
Even if money is required that would be fine.
