Looking for short term housing in Lubumbashi

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a project to reform public transport in Lubumbashi, and we're looking for a short-term rental in Lubumbashi starting as soon as possible. If at all possible, furnished, secure, reliable water, electricity, etc - but we'll take what we can get. Any tips, recs, owners I can call directly, areas to search in/avoid, etc? I've tried getting in touch with the agencies (imcongo and immokatanga) but heard nothing back.

Other than that - any recs for a gym and/or swimming pool in town?
