Dear Friends,

I got an offer from company in Oman , I am SAP FICO consultant with 3 years experience. Can any one tell me how much salary can I expect from employer and how much I can negotiate.

Hi harishnjb,

I have no idea of your job, hence can't offer any assistance.

However, for someone with 3 years of past experience I would imagine, the salary won't go above R.O. 1,000/- per month (for someone with above average qualifications).

Try to negotiate for an all inclusive package, where the company takes care of your accommodation, medical for self and family, annual paid vacation with return tickets, and all else.
