Cost of living for a small family in dubai

Dear All

Wishes from India...!!!

As usual I also have quarry for cost of living in Dubai. I will be paid 9k + accommodation+ airfare+family status visa. We are a small family me , my wife & 6 yr old son. We live a moderate life & are from India. We don't drink or smoke & are vegetarian. We are not party animals, however prefer to eat out 2-3 times in a week. I'm preferring to stay in Al Nahda, near to metro or bus route.

Do you think it would be enough for us to live good & balanced life.

Your guidance would be highly appreciable.

I don't think anybody can advice you regarding this since the lifestyle of the people are different from nationalities to nationalities and income to income. I suggest you to stay single for 2 or three months and get used to the expenses in this country. You can think about bringing your family only if you think you can afford. Any how the salary mentioned in the quote is bit in lower side for a family, so you may need to struggle.
