In Country help

Just a word of warning to anybody coming to live in Romania,beware of being contacted via a blog or email by people who claim to have companies that will get you settled and sort out all your needs,ie apartments,getting cars registered,insurance etc,do not under any circumstances send any of these people any money for anything whatsoever,wait till you get here and speak first to people you know and trust,also be aware that most if not all of these companies are run by non Romanians sadly usually from the UK or USA ,usually they use this to get your confidence as a fellow countryman etc ,saying how tough it can be to deal with authorities here etc if you dont know the ropes and so on,this is rubbish you can get most things done yourself just by using a little common sense these people charge you for essentially doing nothing so dont be fooled,you can any other advice on this blog page for free.
