Mostly the government funded charitable organizations do exists and they do help others a great deal.

One of the main requirements is to speak bahasa malayalu. Without that its bit harder to reach out.

Bruneians' are very fortunate people. Few living out in Temburong district get effected with flash floods though government support when needed. May need to hookup with a government institution like MOE or MOHA.
