Is it possible to work as a part-time consultant (online) for some other company in your home country while employed as a full time worker in a company in Saudi Arabia. Is it possible?

But I have heard that Saudi Law are very strick and not like USA or India. What could be the possible repercussion if employed company do not allow it.
