Human Rights ONGs in Central America

Hello all!

My name is Eric, a lawyer from the US who is currently living in Sri Lanka doing some human rights volunteering.  I am starting to look for my next project and would love to get down to Central America - I spent some time in Panama last year and loved it and would like to move down to Central America for a while.

Does anyone know anything about the human rights ONG scene in the area? Would love to connect to people volunteering or working on corporate social responsibility, rule of law and access to justice programming.

Thanks!
Eric
