Hi all,

Currently I am working in one of the Company in Maldives and I got new employment in another Company. Please tell me the process that I have to follow to transfer my visa from one my existing Company to new one?

hi,
its a hectic process my friend.
first u have to apply resignation in your current company. after they accept ur resignation they will send your visa for cancellation once ur visa cancelled then you have to go out maldives. once you are out of maldives then after 03 days of cooling period your new employer can apply your 3 months multiple entry business visa then u come here on that visa. after 3 months go out again then new employer applies new work visa.
thats the only way.

the key of success in this process belongs to your current employer if he create some issues with you in immigration or complain for you for the breech of current contract then say bye bye to maldives you can never enter here.
