Hi all,

I am looking for some advice.

I have been business owner for several years now, mainly in event management.
However previously I spent 10 years in Japan teaching EFL students.

My wife is from Kiev and we are thinking to open a school in the city and need some initial advice on
what is involved.

Hi,

If you want to give your students official certificates acknowladged by the State upont their graduation, then your school has to get a license. There are no other essential requirements to such a business activity.
