Hey,
According to my experience with the instrcter here, I recommend you join a driving school. Its better and safe because if you feel like changing the instrcter you can just refer to their office easily. plus they will stick to their price and cant charge you extra. As I know there are two driving school in Muscat, One in Qurm area just near to Mars Hypermarket and the second one at the Grand Mall in the Under ground entrance near to the laundry and the rose shop.
