hi anyone can help me.
me and my daughter is here n muscat as tourist visa and im not married to my daughter father i found job already and on process for my clearance.
is it possible that he can apply family joining visa to my daughter even were not married he is business man here in oman.

Hi jemmia0318,

Unless there is a proper marriage certificate and your daughter's parents names are matching with that of the person applying for the family joining visa, it would not be possible to sponsor a minor.

hi but were not married and i dnt have plan to married my daughter father for some personal issue, on her birth certificate shes using her father surname is their any chance he can provide family joining for my daughter?? i will not object bcoz as per my understanding mother cannot take family joining visa.
