I was wondering what the cheapest way to ship out of sri lanka to the United states? something like 45 - 68 kg. would i use a shipping company or fed-ex, ups, or dhl. I would like to use a shipping company i think it might be cheaper ups, fed-ex, dhl, are expensive.

Any shipping company would do this... Get the directory and talk to any of the local shipping agencies... They would arrange the job for you...
