Security is the best in Africa. Better than some 1st world countries.
But compared to Dar Es Salaam or Nairobi, shopping, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc, aren't
fulfilling enough for expats to feel at home.
But I would never trade security with it, so I feel Addis is a great African capital city for
expats.
