I have been in the HIS (Healthcare Information Systems) arena for twenty years now.
I have been an independent consultant for sixteen years.
I want to move to Ecuador to retire, however I still have many years to work and do not necessarily want to wait until retirement to move to Ecuador.
Does anyone have any insight to which software, if any, the hospitals in Ecuador use for their EHR, CPOE, etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ecuador is not really a place to look for jobs. They will not hire someone for whom there are native Ecuadorians qualified to do the job. You would need a job offer and contract. Perhaps someone who has a highly technical skill such as yourself might have a better chance. In general Ecuador is trying to attract pensioners
You could post your notice on the "JOBS" section in the green banner at the top of the page.
Additionally, you would need to be proficient in Spanish
