Hi Everyone!

My name is Wade Duquette, and I'll be in Cali next week to check out a hotel/B+B for sale down there.

I'm a 28 year old American, and I'm super excited about the possibility of moving to Cali!

Does anyone recommend an immigration lawyer and accountant who speak english?

I'd like to sit down and talk to someone mostly about my options for taxation should I decide to buy the business!

Hi Wade!

I think its amazing that you are looking into moving to start something new. I am also in the project/finance industry in Canada and my dream is open to my own B&B. How did you go about finding the one for sale in Cali?

I would be interested in helping you, I would recommend you stay away from Lawyers if possible. There are pleanty of avenues, your real estate agent should be a great help. I would suggest step by step carefully transfer money from and too trusted sources.
