Hi all i lost my resident card today and somehow with the help of emigration dept and rop i was able to board my flight to india.now question is what is the formality to get a new card.. as when i come back from leave i may have to show same in airport

Hi zerogravity010,
You should have already spoken to your sponsor / employer regarding the loss of your resident card.
It is your employer / sponsors responsibility to approach the officials for a replacement, and not yours.
For you to be able to return you must furnish the resident card replacement documents provided by the authorities which your employer / sponsor has to reach to you.

Nope. Nothing is required to be done, except the required paperwork.
