Living expense & Salary of the Employees

Hello guys...

I am from Bangladesh. Recently I got a job offer. But I didn't negotiate with them yet as I don't know about the living cost and other factors. The Job responsibility is HR Manager and location is Phoenix...

I will be alone there as I am not married. So, small apartment of 2 beds or anything like that will be enough for me

so, what amount I should negotiate with them for my salary? in which area accommodation will be best for me?

Please let me know, who are already living there...
