I am coming to manama for two weeks in october and i will be staying in al juffair. I am a body builder and i have been looking online for good gym with free weights online in the area but can't find. the closest good one is on exhibition road.

are there any other suggestion for al juffair?

is it easy and not expensive to take a taxi from al juffair to exhibition road???

also, i will be staying at oryx tower
is this a good location in al juffair?? or should i take my other hotel booking on exhibition road???

In the building next door to Oryx Tower, Business Bay, there is a gym on the 20th floor - Reps Fitness.

I saw it online but that's not a body building gym, that is s cross training gym.

Most hotels in Juffair have a fully equipped gym. You can sign up for short term membership with them.

I know K Hotel, Al Safir Hotel, Ramee International - all of these have gyms.

Reps is indeed a cross training gym, but they do have weights.
