Moreover, you can call for a vet coming to your home and check your pets (surely the fee is much higher).

Which pet do you have? if you have special pet ( ferret, guinea pigs, rabbits...) , it's diffucult to find a very good vet that have experience. For Dog and Cat it's easier.
