I don't know in what terms do you mean best? There is KBH Sprogcentre very close to the central station. That is good. they have 3 batches in a day and you can chose what time is convenient for u.
You just need a cpr number and the classes are free (just like any other language class in DK). I would recommend it. But if it is far, then i would suggest u go to ur kommune and enquire.
