I have lived in Phu My Hung 12 years ago, and also have met lots of expat who first time come to ho chi minh city, and they are facing lots of question such as how to get good service in internet, water supplier, foods or school, hospital or find the good accommodation, dont hesitate to contact me.
and also have part time job in housing for lease.
I have been here two days, and it's really interesting. I wanted to know if I need to go get my blood pressure taken, where can I go without too much complication. I don't have heath insurance yet, I will through school.

i think only check blood pressure taken, its very easy. Just come there and if u get there, no one can speak English, call me, i will talk to them , my cell is ++++
