Is there anyone who can act as translator & guide . We need a translator / guide to guide us through the Cartorio, police department, Minsister of Foreign Affairs, Notary Office, and whatever / wherever needs to be translated and guided through.
It would be great if the person has some kind of some kind of knowledge on the bureaucracy and paper work that needs to be done on the topic of residency.
