What is the rent for small shop near city center and also 1 bed flat rent in district which r safe to live .
PS ..what district are good for cloth business (men,women,kids wear) ?

There is a small shop close to our flat for lease.
it is located in the 7th district on a major street. sign says it is 50 sq. meters and the rent is going for $1,500 USD a month.
Not exactly a steal unless you have allot of sidewalk traffic since there is no where really easy to park.
the shop used to be a toy store.
The area is not too far away from Keliti station area. many shops have come and gone around there over the years.
I would not jump into opening any business over here, too easy to get in over your head.
