i will tell you something that most of the people would not believe: Given current circumstances all over the world, Albania is one of the rare safest countries on earth, and, I mean it. Regrettably, the country is poor and cannot promote itself very well over the rest of the world. This is a "self-managed" society. The only problem is the "egocentric" behavior of the Albanians and i think this can be attributed to education system.
