I'm looking for a maid from Philippine with our without experience

I'm welling to pay a monthly salary of USD 192-250 plus private room with full equipment such as TV, Cable, Microwave, Refrigerator, sim card rechargeable , free 3 meals, 1 day off.

If she is welling to stay more than 2 years contract, her salary will be increased %10 on annual basis.
