To adopt a baby in any country is a long and involved process which has to be done properly.
I suggest that you find an orphanage and approach them about it. 

Please do not answer any posts from anyone who ask you to contact you privately.
With human trafficking and child exploitation by very prominent these days you may find yourself in trouble if you try to short cut the system.
