I am from pakistan and also married and want to do second marriage with philpine girl
she is a domestic helper and maybe her employer will not allow her to do a marriage here
then what we do, what will be the procedure for marriage here

First of all is she muslim ?
If no, she has to convert,
if yes, second step, take permission from her employer
3rd step, go to the court and find out whether she needs Wali Al Amr (approval)
4th step, get married
5th step, make love and possibly hybrid paki-filly babies.
