I took transfer from my father to one cmpny... I am working in this cmpny for 15 months...after termination can I go back to my father's sponsorship?

I doubt you can return, unless you are under the age specified by the ministry and/or are in university abroad.
Perhaps you may need vitamin W

Yes. There are age limits for dependent visa (18 I guess).
