Maybe you can help me, I want to know if I only have the option to work with a working holiday visa, can I re-start my contract every 3 months when expired, considering the person who contacts wishes it.

check with immigration but I believe you can only extend once. If your employer wants you to stay and is prepared to support you, particularly if the job requires special or rare skills, you might be able to stay longer. However, you will need to be sure it is allowed or you have permission, since break of visa conditions could get you asked to leave or no-renewal,
