My company is planning to transfer me in Istanbul and they are offering 100 000 TL/yr with out tax, housing and schooling for my kids (2). Is it a good offer ? How much i can save from that ?

anyway, this salary is quite good for Turkey. Very few jobs would get such salary. But you say you are regional manager, it might be higher if it is a big mark.
Sum is very good for Turkey. You can save almost half with having a proper life in here.
