I am planning to move to Singapore with my wife. she is a Management graduate specialized in Marketing. I want to know is it possible for her to find a job in Singapore may be for $2000-3000 range?

I cannot tell you how easily your wife would find a job, but the salary range you mentioned is very low for even a Management graduate specialized in Marketing fresh from university with no working experience.
Is she planning to be your dependent on a DP, or get a work pass (S-Pass or EP) on her own merit? Both have advantages and disadvantages - search this forum and other sources to find out more.
