Have any of you had experience of changing a US driving license to a UK one?
I understand you need a residency card first, how hard is this to get? I can travel to Belgium as I will be going with my wife who is a EU citizen from the UK.
Please help all advise welcome I dont have an international license and dont want to be over the not being able to drive.

The question is a bit confusing. Are you planning on living in Belgium? Belgian residency cards aren't easy and quick to get.
It isn't difficult to change an American/U.S. driver's license to a Belgian driver's license, but you would first have to obtain a residency card.
