Chinese nephew from pakistani brother. Can his son claim his property?

my brother hi married to a china women and he have son who is 17 years old ,my brother died last year because of heart problem in Pakistan ,my brother have a property in Pakistan can his chines son claim for that property he is chines citizen but he born in Pakistan,he was 1 year old when his mother took him in china,

Hello Haseeb,

Of course our nephew has full right to take ownership of Pakistani property, his present nationality is immaterial.

I suggest you hire a lawyer who will guide you through the procedure.
