It's pretty sad that no one replied. Here are some of the bars that I found was quite nice, and
was able to meet new people.
All of the bars are approx. 5 min. to 10 min. away from the station :
Near the JR Chiba station :
1. The Hub
2. Ocean Deep
I've never been to this bar but heard that this is a newly opened bar with good atmosphere.
3. Down Under bar
Near the JR Kaihin Makuhari station :
4. The Hub
Between JR Kaihin Makuhari station and JR Makuhari station :
5. Bar Nadia *Closed on Sundays
If you know of any other good bars, do let me know!

If u check meet up Japan , u can find more friends international in many activists , hobby and interest . U like party so this group many and most on fri sat nite .
