5.For that what should be the salary range i should ask(to send maximum package to india)

The salary is base on experince, current salary,qualification and domain. You are a chemical engineer , as per my assumtion you should get KD 1500 minimum. Expenses will be below for two persons family.
Rent two bhk KD 350-370
Food (grocery +out side food occasionally+movie) for 2 persons KD 200-250
CAR KD 80-100
