Internet connection like in Bahia de Caraquez or Canoa?

As with all places in Ecuador, specific location and provider are very important. I have been in Canoa for 3 + years and have had Genesis for all but the first few months I was here. They are based in Bahia with a high speed relay station in Canoa. They use a line of sight relay system, so if the little dish they install for you has a direct view of one of their base units you're set. I have seen weeks on end where I have great internet and all my friends on other providers go without. About the only time I am without service is during a power outage either here or Bahia.
