Are there any banks in Phnom Penh that close late, that is, after 5.30pm?

No ,I don't think so ,most bank are closed at 4pm ..but however if I am not mistaken ,ANZ banks works in a Saturday but only till 11am

No, our local ANZ branch does surely not open on Saturdays. It's possibly worth a try to check out the central branch though.

I know the one at near independence monument and olympic stadium side opens on Saturday.
