Is AED 35,000 a month decent enough to live in dubai

Hi Everyone, My wife and I have both been offered jobs in Dubai and our combined Salary including housing allowance is AED 35,000 a month . We have no kids, the companies will provide us with medical insurance even. would this be a good amount to live a good decent lifestyle in dubai, we want to rent a 1 bedroom apartment in probably business bay, buy 1 car for the time being, probably a second hand VW golf or 3 series BMW, We like eating out around twice a week, we like local produced goods, so would probably go weekly shopping to the vegetable and fruit markets,plus the usually supermarket shopping, then cinemas and the usual. any comments will be helpful!
